Welcome to NXT4 Baseball ("NXT4"). These Terms explain how you can use NXT4 and what you can expect from us. By creating an account or using NXT4, you agree to these Terms.
1. What NXT4 is
NXT4 is a recruiting intelligence platform for baseball families. We provide a Recruiting Readiness Score, college fit recommendations, an AI Coach, outreach tools, recruiting reports, and related guidance. NXT4 is an educational and informational tool — we do not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, admissions decisions, offers, or communication from college coaches.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Players under 18 should have a parent or guardian set up and supervise the account.
- You agree not to misuse the service (no scraping, abuse, reverse engineering, or interference).
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Lifetime Founding Member purchases are a one-time payment with no recurring billing. Prices and plans may change; we will notify you before any change affects you. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
4. AI Coach and recommendations
AI Coach answers and recommendations are generated automatically from your profile and from public information about college programs. They reflect a best-effort analysis, not a guarantee. Always use your own judgment and verify important details (coach names, contact info, admissions requirements) before acting on them.
5. Your content
You own the information you enter. You grant NXT4 a non-exclusive license to use it to operate the service for you (for example, to score your profile and generate your reports). We will not sell your personal information.
6. Intellectual property
NXT4, our logos, scoring models, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute the platform itself or pass off our outputs as your own product.
7. Termination
You can stop using NXT4 at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
8. Disclaimers
NXT4 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
