If you're not satisfied with NXT4 Baseball, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, but we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email support@nxt4baseball.com from the address on your account. You don't need to explain why — a one-line request is enough. We typically process refunds within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your access stays active through the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again. Within the first 14 days, we refund the most recent charge in full.
Annual subscriptions
Same 14-day full-refund window. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Mid-year refund requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed case by case.
Founding Member (Lifetime)
Lifetime Founding Member purchases are covered by the same 14-day full-refund window. After 14 days, the lifetime purchase is non-refundable.
