NXT4 Baseball ("NXT4," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We built NXT4 for baseball families, and we keep this policy short on purpose so you can actually read it.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you use NXT4:
- Account information: name, email, password.
- Player profile: graduation year, position, height, weight, GPA, test scores, home state, preferred regions.
- Metrics you enter: velocity, exit velocity, 60-yard time, and similar baseball metrics.
- Recruiting activity: schools you save, outreach messages you generate, AI Coach questions you ask.
- Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
We also collect basic usage data automatically (pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP) to keep the product working and to improve it.
2. How we use information
- To generate your Recruiting Readiness Score, College Fit, and personalized recommendations.
- To provide the AI Coach, outreach tools, and recruiting reports you request.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you account, transactional, and (with your consent) product emails.
- To improve NXT4 and keep it secure.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run NXT4 (hosting, database, payments, email, AI models), and only with the access they need to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Players under 18
NXT4 is designed for high school baseball players and their families. If a player is under 18, a parent or guardian should set up and supervise the account. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information and we will delete it.
5. Your choices
- You can update or delete your profile information at any time from your account.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund Policy.
- You can request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account, by emailing us.
6. Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, secure cloud infrastructure) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. NXT4 operates from the United States; if you use NXT4 from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
